Shabbat Shalom!!! Please be in prayer about a local fellowship group to meet together. How can we start one? I thought of getting on meetup.com. We are studying the Hebrew alphabet via Jim Staley’s youtube videos. We have 3 more letters. We also do Creation studies. Right now we are reading through L.A. Marzulli’s book on the Nephilim. We enjoy listening to the Shabbat live hangout, but hard to stay awake for the entire thing. Hope all is well. Like Teddy we have Pentecostal background. Blessings.
We are located in Milton, Florida, which is near Pensacola, Florida which is in the panhandle.
I dont want the confrontation. When I share it seems to lead to a debate.
Hi Paul my favorite Street Preacher ♫ Hi Teddy Hi everyone † Happy Sabbath Day from Connecticut †
My wife and I were led out of easy cheesy Christianity by Yah. We have had a difficult time find others in our area to fellowship with that are Torah keepers. One of the things that Yah has shown us is that we must rely on his word and not mix his word with man made tradition; like so many churches do. With that said, I am a little confused why so many within the Hebrew roots movement wear a kippah. Doesn’t that come from oral Torah and doesn’t 1 Corinthians teach that man should not pray with his head covered? Please help me understand this. Yah Bless
“Cursed is the one who does not uphold the words of this Torah by doing them…” Deuteronomy 27:26
Jesus used spit to miraculously heal people also in His three year ministry. When Jesus used his spit to heal the mute, the blind and the deaf; He was spitting to drive out the curses of the diseases and it is also spiritually showing us that we need to be baptized with the living water and saved by His Resurrection to be saved. Spit is also used as a blessing. †
Elisheva here again! Awesome conversation! Just wanted to say thank you all for this! My last Shabbat with you all before we’ll be in the Land for a couple months serving and gathering more stories. We’re 8 hours ahead there and wifi not so great, so I will miss the blessing of joining this hangout. But will tune back in when we return. I pray Yah’s blessings on you all and all your outreaches, teaching, Hebrew, and live hangout times this Fall.
Blessings and Shalom!
For me my beard is a constant reminder to follow in his ways, its in my face every day when i see my reflection, it reminds me to walk in his truth.
Shalom Teddy,
I see a connection between Jeremiah 31:31 and Deut.24:1 Jeremiah 3 and Eph.2 regarding the curse of the law. What are your thoughts?
Shalom
New to this in London 🙂
Only one who is trying to find the truth I feel very alone 🙁
You are never alone. Yahweh is with you. and We are here for you also. Also search Google because there may be some people in your area who are also into the truth.
