Can I Work On The Sabbath?

I reply to a question someone asked me about working on the Sabbath. They asked what does someone do if they don’t have a choice but to work on the Sabbath. Here is my reply in this video

My husband asked for Shabbat off and his boss said he could have it off but some Saturday’s he would have to work if they are short staffed.The boss asked him if he was Jewish and he said Mesiianic and that he observes the Sabbath.. So it seems the new boss did not take him seriously.
