Torah Portion #54 V’Zot HaBrachah (Deuteronomy 33:1-34:12)
This is the last Torah Portion of the cycle. In this Torah Portion Moses blesses the people and after seeing the land the children of Israel are about to enter, Moses dies.
Torah Portion #53 Ha’azinu (Deuteronomy 32:1-52)
This Torah Portion is The Song of Moses. Moses was not only a great prophet but also a song leader. After three sermons, he changed the form of his message to singing. Sometimes reciting something in a different form makes it easier to remember. This song gives a brief history of Israel. It reminds the people of their mistakes, warns them to avoid repetition of those mistakes, and offeres the hope that comes only in trusting Our Creator.
Torah Portion #52 Vayelekh (Deuteronomy 31:1-30)
In this Torah portion we see the change in leadership. it’s Moses last days and Joshua becomes Israel’s leader. This portion is a public reading of the book of Instruction. The portion ends with Israel’s disobedience predicted.
In regular years read with Parashah 51, in leap years read separately.
Torah Portion #51 Nitzavim (Deuteronomy 29:9-30:20)
This Torah Portion is short but you can sum up much of the Toarh in this important teaching. Basically a call for commitment to Our Creator is spoken about. Moses also gives his thried address explaining to the people of what they must do and how their heart must be. It was left up to each person. They had a choice of life or death. We have that same choice today.

Torah Portion #50 Ki Tavo (Deuteronomy 26:1-29:8)
This Torah Portion covers the topics of harvest ffferings and tithes. Most of this Torah talks about the consequences of obedience and disobedience
Torah Portion #49 Ki Tetze (Deuteronomy 21:10-25:19)
In this Torah Portion we read about many topics concerning laws for human relations. Topics include Marriage to a captive woman, rights of the firstborn and dealing with a rebellious son.
More topics discussed are regulations for sexual purity and regulations concerning worship
Torah Portion #48 Shof’tim (Deuteronomy 16:18-21:9)
In this Torah Portion we read about justice for the people and laws for ruling the nations. The Judgest and officers are commanded that they must judge with righteous judgement.
We also learn about the guidelines for a king concerning Torah. Other topics cover gifts for priests and Levites, a call to holy living, true and false prophets, cities of refuge, concern for justice, regulations concerning war and cleansing for unsolved murder.
Torah Portion #47 Re’eh (Deuteronomy 11:26-16:17)
In this Torah Portion we read about laws for proper worship, a warning against idolatry, ceremonially clean and unclean animals and the giving of tithes.
Also discussed is the release for debtors and also the release for Hebrew slaves, and sacrificing firstborn male animals.
It ends with information about the passover and the festival of unleavened bread, the festival of harvest and the festival of shelters.
