Torah Portion #46 Ekev (Deuteronomy 7:12-11:25)
This week’s torah portion continues with the privilege of holiness. Also Moses gives a call to remember and obey. Victory by Yahweh’s grace and a new copy of the covenant is also covered.

If you listen to these regulations and faithfully obey them, Yahweh your Elohim will keep His covenant of unfailing love with you, as He promised with an oath to your ancestors. -Deuteronomy 7:12
Torah Portion #45 Va’etchanan (Deuteronomy 3:23-7:11)
In this Torah Portion we read about Moses being forbidden to enter the promised land, Moses urging Israel to obey the Torah, and the principles for Godly living. The ten commandments are given and spoken about.
Torah Portion #44 D’varim (Deuteronomy 1:1-3:22)
This Torah portion is the 1st reading of Deuteronomy and the last book of the Torah. It starts with Moses reminding the children of Israel what Our Creator has done for them. Moses also spoke about Israel’s rebellion against Our Creator.
In chapter 2 Moses talks about Israel’s wanderings. Then talks about the victories they have had in war and the land division east of the Jordan.
Torah Portion #43 Masa’ei (Numbers 33:1-36:13)
This Torah teaching starts on the plains of Moab explaining Israel’s journey up to this point. Next in Chapter 34 it explains the boundaries of the land when they go into the promised land. Chapter 35 explains towns for the levites and cities of refuge for the people who committed murder. Chapter 36 is the last chapter of the book of Numbers and gives the instructions for woman who inherit property.

In this Torah portion, the Scriptures talk about laws concerning vows and a vengeance on the Midianites. It ends with chapter 32 and the transjordan tribes.
