by on July 30, 2013

In this Torah Portion we read about laws for proper worship, a warning against idolatry, ceremonially clean and unclean animals and the giving of tithes.

Also discussed is the release for debtors and also the release for Hebrew slaves, and sacrificing firstborn male animals.

It ends with information about the passover and the festival of unleavened bread, the festival of harvest and the festival of shelters.
