You are so right in your comments of the inappropriate atttire and make up of todays women and men.
You have to basically stay in your home to not be exposed to to it everyday, and then sometimes that is not enough.

Brothers, please listen to me. Adultery is the sin of breaking covenant, Man with God or woman with her husband. It’s really that simple. That is what these verse is talking about adultery, right. Mat. 5:28 is all about wanting another man’s wife. This is not about a “maiden” or “young woman” or a eligible woman to marry. It is the desires for a another man’s wife. Therefore, Mat. 5:29 and 30 are make sense and are absolutely true – cut out your eyes or hands if necessary to avoid adultery. David would have been so far better to have use this advice.
Marriage is good and not to be abused.
