The Two Foundations
7:24. “For everyone who hears these words of Mine, and does them,
will become like a prudent man who built his house upon the rock:
7:25. and the rain came down and the rivers came up and the winds blew and they
beat upon that house but it did not fall, for it has been founded upon the
rock.
7:26. And everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not do
them will be like a foolish man, who built his house upon the sand:
7:27. and the rain came down and the rivers came up, and the winds blew and they
beat upon that house, and it fell and its fall was great.”
7:28. And it happened when Y’shua finished these words, the crowds
were amazed by His teaching:
7:29. for He was teaching them as one having authority and not like their scribes.
