   Thanks brother Paul, for an enjoyable and edifying Shabbat gathering. It’s always great to have fellowship with like- minded brothers & sisters and to learn of Yahweh’s truth and purpose for our lives. Keep up the terrific work you’re doing!!

   Thanks too, for reminding us of the importance of caring for these temples through proper eating habits and adequate rest. In these often busy and difficult times, it’s all to easy to push ourselves and to neglect these overlooked truths.
