Torah Portion #54 V’Zot HaBrachah (Deuteronomy 33:1-34:12)
This is the last Torah Portion of the cycle. In this Torah Portion Moses blesses the people and after seeing the land the children of Israel are about to enter, Moses dies.
Torah Portion #53 Ha’azinu (Deuteronomy 32:1-52)
This Torah Portion is The Song of Moses. Moses was not only a great prophet but also a song leader. After three sermons, he changed the form of his message to singing. Sometimes reciting something in a different form makes it easier to remember. This song gives a brief history of Israel. It reminds the people of their mistakes, warns them to avoid repetition of those mistakes, and offeres the hope that comes only in trusting Our Creator.
Torah Portion #52 Vayelekh (Deuteronomy 31:1-30)
In this Torah portion we see the change in leadership. it’s Moses last days and Joshua becomes Israel’s leader. This portion is a public reading of the book of Instruction. The portion ends with Israel’s disobedience predicted.

Torah Portion #51 Nitzavim (Deuteronomy 29:9-30:20)
This Torah Portion is short but you can sum up much of the Toarh in this important teaching. Basically a call for commitment to Our Creator is spoken about. Moses also gives his thried address explaining to the people of what they must do and how their heart must be. It was left up to each person. They had a choice of life or death. We have that same choice today.

This Torah Portion covers the topics of harvest ffferings and tithes. Most of this Torah talks about the consequences of obedience and disobedience

In this Torah Portion we read about many topics concerning laws for human relations. Topics include Marriage to a captive woman, rights of the firstborn and dealing with a rebellious son.
